Troy McAlpin brings experience with both large enterprises and small companies to his leadership role at AlarmPoint Systems. Prior to founding AlarmPoint, he served as the President & COO and COO & CFO of two successful start-ups where he oversaw all marketing, sales, development, M&A and financial aspects of the companies. Previously, Mr. McAlpin was a Strategic Management Consultant with AT&T Solutions and Andersen where he gained insight into enterprise priorities and structures

His expertise also includes process automation, strategic initiatives and corporate strategy. McAlpin's domain experience includes IT Service Management, IT Strategy and several vertical markets including high technology, banking and finance, consumer and retail industries. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento.
