AlarmPoint Releases BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6 Incident Management Integration

AlarmPoint has just released a new integration for BMC Remedy 7.6 Incident Management as well as AlarmPoint Mobile Gateway.

The integration allows access to the most recent release of Remedy from a mobile workbench, reflecting all the tabs and functionalities of Remedy ITSM 7.6 by using a secure web browser, accessible from any Smartphone. AlarmPoint Mobile Gateway provides real-time, two-way interaction with Remedy ITSM 7.6 from any remote location allowing to own and take remote action on incidents.

When an incident is assigned, users can own it immediately or access more information from any mobile device. Users have the same range of options as they would have at their console, including the ability to change the impact, create a note, resolve the incident by entering resolution text and look up reason codes. Users can also create new incidents, query existing incidents, or create lists of incidents that are needed to take action, for example, those that have a high priority.
